At Laser Golf Co., every item is made with care and attention to detail. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Customised Items

  • All customised or personalised products (including engraved golf clubs and accessories) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • If a mistake occurs due to our error (e.g., incorrect engraving or design), we will promptly correct the issue. In such cases, we will cover all delivery costs to ensure the product is fixed or replaced at no additional expense to you.

Non-Customised Items

  • Items that are not customised may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.

How to Arrange a Return

  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Refunds for eligible non-customised items will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Exclusions

  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged through misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
